Margaret Hathaway and Karl Schatz left their urban apartment in Brooklyn and traveled around the country in search of a new lifestyle  raising dairy goats and making goat cheese. Margaret wrote a book about their experience called ‘The Year of the Goat: 40,000 Miles and the Search for the Perfect Cheese.’ Oh, I am soooo jealous. Ben, pretty pleeease???
