I can’t belive I haven’t talked about our new Oster Automatic Pulp Ejector Juicer yet. It’s amazing, and is the secret tool for our risotto competition tonight! I found it on the street last week in Brooklyn in a box that said “free stuff.” I still havent’ taken off the tape that says ‘Old school juicer- works’ because it’s just such a great juicer. So far, we’ve juiced grapefruits, oranges, a pineapple, carrots, a banana, and a stalk of celery. Watching it actually *eject* the pulp in the best part. So come over and I’ll make you a freshly squeezed bellini!
