Made with Gruyère, kalamata tapenade, whole-grain mustard and French toast—cooked with eggs from her pet chicken—the creation was “full of delicious things sure to mask any flavorlessness,” said Kramer’s sous chef/husband (”in that order”), Benjamin Stein.
