Second annual risotto competition success! This year’s entry:
The Urban Chicken Risotto: grilled leeks, peccorino, gremolata, anchovy butter topped with poached eggs from our backyard.
Alyssa and I won two seats at Ted & Amy’s Supper Club, and a fork.
